Good store of new and used video games and accessories. Was only one register open, so even in almost empty store I had to wait for some time.

They have a really good selection of old games and consoles as well as new games and consoles. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Their prices and trade in values are really good. The one problem Ive had is the worker isn't very informed, and lies to make up for it. Hes told me on multiple occasions that a games I'm looking for either don't exist in general or aren't made for the console I have, when I knew for fact that they did exist and it is made for my console. Instead of looking it up he just settles for "they dont make it." I even overheard him tell the customer next to me the same thing for a different game on ds, then the customers little sister for 2 different different games on xbox, just minutes after he told me my game doesn't exist on ps4. Even I knew the games for those 2 customers were created for their consoles. If you're not sure about a game, dont deny that it exists all together. Thats just lazy and people know you're lying.
